"As a former Oroville City Council Member, I know the importance of having thoughtful, engaged, and dedicated leaders representing our community.
Natalie is that kind of leader. Through her service as a Planning Commissioner and as President of the Oroville Downtown Business Association, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to Oroville and a genuine understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing our city.
She takes the time to listen, consider all sides, and look at the details before moving forward. She understands that good leadership means balancing Oroville’s history and character with the need to build a strong future."

"For years Natalie has been consistent in presenting a positive presence in Historic Downtown Oroville. District F, and Oroville as a whole, benefits from her genuine desire to work with the City of Oroville to discover and create ways to provide a safe and family friendly environment which will aid in strengthening the downtown business district. I also appreciate her desire to share her thoughts, and also listen to ideas presented by others, in order to achieve set goals.
"Natalie consistently demonstrates leadership that is rooted in community service. She is the voice we need to ensure our city continues to grow while preserving its unique character and charm."

"As a lifelong Oroville resident and a local business owner for the past 17 years, I fully support Natalie Sheard’s passion and vision for helping small, locally owned businesses thrive in our beautiful, historic community.
As a fellow business owner, I understand how important it is to have people who recognize the value small businesses bring to Oroville and who are committed to strengthening and revitalizing our community."

"I have the utmost respect and confidence for what Natalie is trying to do for this community. It's always for the good of this community. From day one they moved to Oroville Natalie and Luke her wonderful husband, bless his heart. We love him and miss him, but besides all that every time they come into my store, it was always about what a beautiful community we live in, what can we do to improve it we love it here so much. She is a hands-on person that goes and talks to people, goes into the businesses and ask how are we doing even before she was going to run, which is a rarity for our council, please vote for Natalie. She's a one person party and she wants nothing but the best for our community that we love so much and so does she. I could say so much more about this wonderful lady but it would be a book a wonderful book. She has my vote and I hope she has yours too."

I’ve been very impressed with Natalie Sheard and her love for Oroville for several years. She’s an incredible force for good in our town. She is driven not just by her passion for our historic downtown, but for the entire city. She’s a small business owner who sees the problems our downtown is dealing with, but she also sees the many challenges residents have encountered.
She has worked tirelessly as president of the Downtown Business Association, as a dedicated member of the Planning Commission and the Oroville Historic Advisory Committee, and she also serves on the Oroville Development Review Committee.
She shows up to her meetings prepared and ready to deal with whatever’s on the agenda, and she strives to listen to all sides before making a decision. She will work hard to make Oroville shine! We need a councilor who will put the needs of citizens ahead of special interests.
As a former city councilor (2016-2020), I know how important it is to have someone with character on the city council. She’s smart, dedicated, hard-working and committed to helping Oroville be a great place to live. Most importantly, she has the courage to stand up for what’s right for the people of Oroville. Natalie will be an exemplary public servant!

I met Natalie the day she moved to Oroville, and I have since worked closely with her in multiple endeavors. She is an absolute powerhouse. No job is too small for Natalie, she gets in and works hard until the job is done. Not only is she a tremendous worker, Natalie has such a beautiful and hopeful optimism for our downtown, I love her passion and commitment. She sees Oroville's potential and is determined to make our town shine like the beautiful diamond that it is. Natalie is undeterred by the challenges, she is ready to tackle them head on with thoughtful and creative solutions. She has studied and researched other successful towns, plus, she has decades of hard won personal experience and wisdom on her side. Natalie is a business owner, an entrepreneur, a dedicated public servant and a woman of integrity. Oroville is blessed to have her and we will be even MORE blessed to have her on our City Council.
